The Reputation Bank does not directly house any of your personal financial information.

Our website and course data are all stored in a tier 3 datacenter with onsite 24/7/365 security and support. The fully redundant facility offers state-of-the-art monitoring, firewalls, physical security, and DDoS monitoring to protect data and maximize reliability and uptime.

Our course pages are all served across SSL connections ensuring your security between our web servers and your end user device. Course responses, while always stored on our secure servers behind multiple layers of firewalls and login security, are not encrypted and as such we recommend not posting any confidential or otherwise sensitive information within your responses.

The Reputation Bank is SCORM Compliant

SCORM (Shareable Content Object Reference Model) is a set of technical standards for Learning Management Systems (LMSs) and LMS content. You can feel confident that the Reputation Bank learning and planning tool is SCORM compliant and can be efficiently uploaded to your organization’s LMS. If your organization doesn’t have an LMS or doesn’t have a requirement to use internal systems for The Reputation Bank learning and planning tool, you can access it on our secure servers.
